Community Management Systems (CMS) was founded by a team of management consultants and technologists that have over 20 years experience in developing custom solutions for clients ranging from the Fortune 50 to start-up companies.

In cooperation with Building Solutions LLC, CMS used its successful stand-alone system and developed a web-based application. The web-based version allows multiple builders to share the same platform, opening technology solutions up for those small-to-medium size builders who have previously found them to be cost prohibitive.
